Zane is a filmmaker drawn to stories that foster empathy and explore the human experience through creative and often surreal perspectives. Alongside his personal films, he served as Historian for his school's National Honor Society and Senior Class, creating videos that documented and celebrated his community. His last short film, Illumination, which he wrote, directed, shot, edited, and starred in, earned the National Student Production Award for Solo Storyteller. He will attend NYU to study Film & TV Production, where he looks forward to collaborating with others and continuing to create meaningful and visually imaginative stories.
